Aristides Cottage

The location was excellent, and the villa itself was spotlessly clean, felt brand new, and was incredibly well-equipped—having a dishwasher was a huge plus. The bed was also super comfy. It is brilliant for anyone travelling with a baby. The hosts provided a travel cot, high chair, and baby bath, all of which looked brand new. The outdoor area is excellent, offering plenty of space and two separate seating areas. Inside, the downstairs layout is really spacious. The family who runs the villa were incredibly kind and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The only slight downside is the upstairs space, which is a bit limited. Because we had a cot in the bedroom and the ceilings are slanted, we had to duck a little, and wardrobe space is quite tight.

Aristides Cottage was spotless clean everything very modern and new , well equipped , exceptionally comfy bed memory foam I think super comfy , the pool was perfect size I’m 5ft3 and could stand up on tip toe . They have a robot to clean the pool like the little robot hoovers it keeps the pool super clean , lovely garden area with grass and plenty of places to sit in sun or shade . The location was also perfect a few minutes stroll and your in kassiopi harbour with all the tavernas and bars and shops . A very short walk to an exceptional bakery Nikolas absolutely amazing so many pasties /cakes/breads and so much more . The owner was extremely friendly and helpful . Easy parking right outside too .

The only thing and not a criticism just to be aware the bedroom has a sloping ceiling because it’s a mezzanine bedroom it’s a compact room and I bumped my head a couple of times walking round the bed on the wooden beams , my fault forgot it was low ceiling so not a dislike just an observation!

Fantastic property - better than the pictures doesn’t disappoint fantastically appointed, clean, tidy and well located for a perfect stay. Easy walk to town and beach but very tranquil. Welcoming host We loved it… will be back!
