About this villa rental
We are renting out our house and its independent apartment for the summer period.
Provençal villa of 135m2 and independent apartment on a wooded and shaded plot of 1500 m2. In the heart of the village, in a small quiet alley.
Private parking in front of the house.
The villa comprises:
- 3 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms:
A master suite upstairs with WC, shower room and balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a 140 bed, the other with a 90 bed.
Possibility of additional extra sleeping by adding a 90 bed in one of the bedrooms.
- A large air-conditioned living room of 35m2 with a small covered terrace on the south side.
- An equipped kitchen.
- A 2nd shower room and a 2nd toilet.
- A refurbished apartment adjoining the house. Outbuilding of 35m2 with an air-conditioned bedroom, kitchenette and private bathroom and toilet.
On the south side of the property, a private swimming pool of 7m by 3m, treated with salt, with deckchairs and sunbeds.
The pool is fenced for the safety of the little ones.
On the north side, a large pergola in the shade with barbecue and garden table.
The villa is our main residence; we therefore ask holidaymakers to watch over and respect the place as well as our neighbourhood. Families welcome.
We have an adorable little cat who loves the company of young and old. Kibble and caresses welcome!
Blauzac is a small southern village where life is good. Restaurant, small grocery store, tobacconist/newsagent and wine estates within walking distance.
All shops in Uzès 7km away.
The village is the starting point for many hikes between vineyards, scrubland, Roman remains and Gardon gorges.
Climbing sites, via Ferrata and canoe rental a few kilometres away, in the villages of Collias and Sainte Anastasie.
Uzès and its duchy 7 km
Farmers' market on the Place aux Herbes on Wednesdays and Saturdays, local olives, truffles in season, Pélardons, wines, focaccia, brandade...
