The main house on the ground floor, offers a large living room all glass / dining room with open kitchen fully equipped including American fridge, a large adjoining terrace protected with sun blind, 2 beautiful air-conditioned rooms with televisions and private bathrooms with WC.
The studio, facing the main house, is converted into an independent air-conditioned room with television, internet and its bathroom with WC.
A very modern realization with the charm of the old (apparent beam, tiled floor reminiscent of the old tiles of the time ...), all on one level.
The enclosed garden of 700 m², has a heated swimming pool 8 x 4 fully covered for bathing at any time of the year (it can also be open at will).
Between the period of 01. 11 to 30. 03 the heating of this swimming pool is optional for 150 Euros for the stay,
You have an outdoor location guaranteeing the parking of 3 vehicles in complete safety. (automatic gate and pedestrian gate).
