Could be better...

The location is unbeatable, so close to everything, making Antwerp super accessible. The views are stunning, and there are nice instruments in the apartment that create a cozy atmosphere. The parking was good and free about 10-15 minutes away. It's a little tricky to find the entrance, but once you do, it's perfect!

The apartment has the potential to be amazing! But it fell short. Almost every dish in the cabinet was filthy. We grabbed a wine glass, and it was stuck to the cupboard with some gew, the tea pot had old tea sitting in it and looked like it hadn't been cleaning in months, all the cups and bowls were gross and needed to be washed, and the stove and ventilation hood were not whipped down and there was crumbs, grim, and dirt around them. The coffee machine had old milk on the steamer and was not clean. So we had to clean everything before it was in a usable state. The bed was very uncomfortable and angled toward the middle, which hurt my back. The closets are full of the owners' stuff, which is fine, but it makes it less usable to the guests. Another thing that was bothersome is the shower. It was clogged with other people's hair, making showering a process of stopping the water every few minutes.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to all the sights and museums. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The apartment contained everything we needed. It was great to have two bathrooms, although there was only one (separate) toilet. The place was clean and a really good size.

It was a bit noisy at night simply because there were bars and restaurants nearby, and in the mornings when the street sweeping and rubbish collection was happening, but that's only to be expected in a city.

Perfect location in the heart of Antwerp

A great flat right in the heart of Antwerp. Stocked with everything you need and nice an warm. Daan was fabulous and always there to answer any question. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again !

Perfect base to explore historical Antwerp

Super location just off the Grote Market. The main tourist attractions and museums are within walking distance. Willy is an excellent host and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. His tips on what to visit and where to eat were very helpful.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in der MItte von Antwerpen

Eine charmante Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Antwerpen, von dort kann man den Turm der Liebfrauenkathedrale sehen. Willy, unser Gastgeber, hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Betten sind bequem und dass man in den 3. Stock mit dem Aufzug gelangen konnte, hat nicht nur meiner 90 jährigen Mutter gefallen. Gegenüber liegt das Caffe Mundi, sollte man unbedingt mal ausprobieren, genauso wie das Restaurant „Elfde Gebod“, auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Das nächste Mal in Antwerpen würden wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder hier übernachten.

Groote Markt und Groenplaats direkt in der Nähe, die sind auch bei anderen Touristen ganz beliebt, daher kann es schon mal ein wenig lauter werden.

Het was midden in het centrum dus alles was goed bereikbaar. De eigenaar Willy legt alles heel vriendelijk uit en neemt de tijd.

Posizione perfetta, ma solo un wc e letti scomodi per dormire in 2.

La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, a 50 metri dalla piazza principale di Anversa, con molti bar, ristoranti e market nelle immediate vicinanze. 2 parcheggi comodi, uno a pagamento a 5 minuti e uno gratuito a 10 minuti.

Nell' inserzione si legge che ci sono 2 stanze da bagno ma c' è un solo wc, cosa non menzionata, ed è in comune ! Per questo motivo abbiamo dovuto andare via dopo la prima notte. Inoltre, le camere da letto sono in realtà poco più di 2 stanzini con i letti addossati alla parete, rendendo disagevole scendere a chi è dalla parte del muro. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso per le 3 notti mancate, o anche solo qualcuna, al proprietario ma ci è stato risposto che questo era impossibile.

Sehr gute Unterkunft in der Altstadt mit einem Überragenden Gastgeber

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. man kommt raus und ist direkt in der Altstadt. So einen Gastgeber wie Willy muss man erstmal finden. Bei der Ankunft hat er schon vor der Tür gewartet. Hat sogar frische Rosen in einer Vase in die Unterkunft gestellt. Er fragt auch zwischendurch ob alles in Ordnung ist. Gibt Tips wo man hingehen könnte. Das Auto konnten wir ca 600 Meter enfernt Parken, wo Willy für uns einen Parkplatz freigehalten hat und uns wieder in die Unterkunft gefahren. Willy ich kann dir als Gastgeber nur die Höchste Bewertung geben und sogar noch mehr wenn es geht!!!

Die Möbelierung ist schon etwas ins Alter gekommen, tut aber seinen Zweck.
