Die Wohnung mit Terrasse ist gut geschnitten, die Einrichtung vielfältig und in Top-zustand. Über den Deich oder die Straße sind Hafen und Zentrum schnell (1 km) erreicht. Da das Haus am Ende einer Wohnsiedlung liegt gibt es kaum Verkehrsgeräusche.

TV ist nicht ans internet angeschlossen, daher keine Mediathek oder anderer Apps möglich.
