Even though the common gull is often referred to in the animal kingdom as the “little sister” of the herring gull, our apartment captivates with its very own charm. At just under 70 square meters, it offers modern and cozy furnishings as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The apartment also features a spacious, unfenced garden with a direct view of the dike, as well as a parking space right next to the house.

Despite its quiet, secluded location, the town center—with its numerous restaurants, bars, and cafés, as well as the famous Greetsiel Harbor—is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also easily reach numerous attractions on foot, such as the Leyhörn Nature Reserve, the Leysiel Lock in Greetsiel, and the Pilsum Lighthouse. Of course, a bike tour is also a great way to explore the surrounding area. For example, you can bike to the Norddeich Seal Sanctuary or to Germany’s tallest lighthouse in Campen in just under an hour. Day trips to the East Frisian islands—such as Borkum, Norderney, Langeoog, or Juist—are also highly recommended in any season. The ports of Emden (for Borkum) and Norddeich (for Juist and Langeoog) are only about a 20- to 30-minute drive from the apartment. During the summer months, day trips are also offered regularly from the Greetsiel harbor.
