The walls were full of spiders web and the house was very cold when we arrived and took 4 hours to get warm, and no hot water for that 4 hours. The location was very good easy to access and very calm. There was a bad smell when we entered the house like not being used for long time and the smell of bedding wasn’t pleasant it was too much.

Good size and great to have two single bedrooms. All basics included: bedding, cooking oil, condiments, toilet rolls, towels, games, books. Also welcome pack was nice touch. Shower reasonably powerful and small outside sitting area at front. 2 miles from Lyme Regis and Charmouth sea fronts. Nice quiet housing area location at rear at rear of hotel.
Not in town and it’s a good mile walk to local shop. If you need a big shop you need to drive to Bridport or Seaton.

Fabulous little chalet, great & peaceful location. Very well presented with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Broadband & satellite TV very hit & miss, probably due to location. Great welcome pack with teabags, biscuits, milk and sweet treats 😊 Great selection of games and books provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
