Appartement confortable, joliment meublé, et très bien placé.
L'accès à l'appartement a été un peu difficile : l'agence auprès de laquelle il faut récupérer les clefs avait oublié de nous donner les codes d'accès et cela a été un peu laborieux de les récupérer.

The property was modern, warm and quiet. The location was absolutely perfect for the town and the beach. The facilities all worked and we loved the coffee machine and the washing machine!
The property, facilities and location were perfect. However, Lyme Bay Holidays were not great at communicating with us. Initially when making the booking they asked us for more money (which was not mentioned here). We found it difficult with having a number from aboard to get hold of them and they wouldn’t call us back. When asking for the extra bed to be made up (which was mentioned we needed to request in the booking) we got an email saying ‘you make it up yourself we’re not doing it, we just provide linen’. (They did make it up themselves). And finally when we arrived the hot water wasn’t working and we couldn’t get hold of them to fix it. We fixed it ourselves and they sent a man 3 days later to fix it after I sent 2 messages saying it was fixed.

The location was perfect. Sea view was nice.
The decor was a bit of a mish mash(modern & old styles) The sofa was unusable as it was far too low to the floor. The bath/shower mixer was hard to use to start with as it isn’t marked/etched for the temp or shower/bath filler. I think new cartridges in the the valve are required also(hard to turn). These are just minor issues with our stay
