1. The apartment is close to the city center. 2. OK price for 10 people

1. There was no hair dryer in the toilet 2. We got a couple of small towels and not a single big one for showering 3. Strange smell in the living room 4. The terrace is dirty 5. Wires are sticking out of the walls 6. The apartment is not well cleaned 7. Some beds did not have bedding 8. The mattresses are old 9. Sockets sticking out of the wall 10. The entrance door cannot be closed and locked normally 11. The television was not connected 12. The refrigerator was dirty 13. The toilet was not working

Economical overnight stay fairly near to the centre of Zadar.

Plenty of space for two families, perfect stopover, at a reasonable price.

The air conditioning units were not all working effectively, so it did get a bit warm in the evening.

Nice apartment, with three comfortable bedrooms. Kids enjoy their 4 bed room! The apartment was clean, but a fixed electrical system wouldn't be a bad thing .. Good position: in 7 minutes you can arrive at the public park near the Zadar door.

kuchyň je vybavená pouze velmi základně, i s tím se ale dalo pracovat

Apartman je zapušten, neodržavan i nečist. U njega se očito ne ulaže, a omjer cijene i onoga što gost dobije je izrazito

Dobra lokacija, miran kvart

Po dolasku u apartman zatekli smo niz problema koji su značajno umanjili kvalitetu boravka: 1. Sef se nije mogao otvoriti – morali smo pogađati šifre u komunikaciji s najmodavcem koji nije znao šifru. 2. Kablovi i viseće utičnice bili su izloženi i nezaštićeni, zidovi izuzetno prljavi. 3. Prljava sofa (pokrivena dekom s rupama radi prikrivanja), stolnjak, štednjak i kuhinjski elementi bili su neočišćeni i ostarjeli, popucali. 4. U ladici s priborom nalazila se neidentificirana tvar u plastičnoj vrećici – vrlo nehigijenski. 5. Nedovoljno osnovnog posuđa s obzirom na prijavljen broj osoba (4 tanjura i pribora na 6 odraslih + 1 beba) 6. Balkon je bio neuredan – hrđavo sušilo za rublje odbačeno u kut. 7. U ormaru je bilo razbijeno ručno ogledalo, a dodatna posteljina je unutra bila izgužvana i samo sakrivena, nepripremljena za upotrebu.
