This was an older condo unit with direct beach access. The unit was clean and it was nice being able to walk right out to the beach. Our unit had a balcony with a lovely view of the ocean. There were plenty of supplies for the washing machine and dishwasher. Only complaint is parking. On our final night we returned from dinner to find no parking spaces available. I was able to get a text response which gave instructions on where to park for overflow, but that should have been included with the basic information.

This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach. We had a great experience with the apartment’s location. Beautiful views of the beach and it is also great that is the corner unit. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I definitely look forward to staying in this location in the future.

Unit needs some upgrade Blinds in master bedroom needs to be replace and upgrade the laundry room
