About this apartment rental
Building Notice: Concrete improvement work is scheduled to begin around late July/early August and is expected to continue through early September. Most activity will be concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though minor work may take place in other areas of the complex. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise during this period.

The unit was absolutely beautiful and had every little touch we needed plus more to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The property was clean and the proximity to the beach was great for us and our kids. We would definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in cocoa beach! It was also walking distance to a great breakfast place, Whisk & Grind that we walked to every morning.

The condo was spacious, bright, and updated. The balcony received a lot of sun. The host was responsive and flexible. Nice amenities such as shampoo and conditioner in the shower and chairs and boogie boards to use on the beach. The only downside were the beds. They were all very soft (I think foam mattresses) and did not work for our adult (50) backs.

This place was super clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Rare to find a place with enough beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, so very much appreciated that these were provided. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo #53. It was clean and had plenty of storage for all of us. Beds were comfy and we loved that all the rooms had ceiling fans. They provided beach equipment which we used and appreciated! The pool was nice and had super easy access. The owners were communicative and quick! We would absolutely rent this condo again if we find ourselves back in Cocoa Beach.
