Be mindful, as with all construction projects, the timeline is somewhat fluid, as unexpected issues can arise and affect the projected completion date.

This property is absolutely beautiful, the condo comes fully stocked with everything needed to hit the beach, very family oriented. Parking was easy, the condo was easily accessible. Bonus, the host provided coffee for the first few days of the stay. It also came stocked with shower products, small amenities were really a nice touchThe communication with the host was excellent!

The kitchen had all the necessities, with ample dishes,mugs, cookware etc. (if that's what you want to do). But who are we kidding? This is vacation! We had simple breakfasts and lunch on the beach!!

I booked this condo for a last minute spring break getaway with my daughter and her friend. The condo was a good size for the three of us. The building is older but well maintained. Our condo had an ocean view which we enjoyed and was directly on the beach. We spent all day sitting by the ocean. The towels, umbrellas and beach chairs the condo furnished were nice and in good shape. The building is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants or a short drive, which we took advantage of each evening. We were even able to watch a rocket launch one evening from in front of the condo. We had a very relaxing trip.

Elise was very responsive to our questions and she allowed us to check-in 2 hours early. The home is very nice with all the amenities and in a great location overlooking the pool and the beach. Beautiful sunrise in the morning.
