Location was awesome! The place was a little out dated but was very clean. There wasn't any beach equipment, which was communicated, but only after reserving the place. We didn't have many towels. There is also almost nothing else provided, such as cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, etc. This was also communicated, but just thought it's worth noting. We had a blast and again location is perfect!

The condo was wonderful! Perfect for going to beach then coming back to get a snack/drink and back out on the beach. Watching sunrises, rocket launches from the balcony (one did go up while we were there), perfect location to get to/from activities stores and restaurants and just having a good relaxing vacation. The bathrooms could use a remodel, and we found the fridge would leak when we got water from the door. There was an extra Beverage Fridge in the dining room that was nice.

Property description accurately stated "Stunning Direct Oceanfront". Sitting on the 2nd floor balcony allowed us full enjoyment even when we were unable to physically walk on the beach. When we were able to do so, the ease and proximity of beach access was extremely helpful and appreciated. We enjoyed 3 SpaceX & ULA rocket launches from the balcony (especially nice at 4:30 am!). A couple of quirky aspects (zero food-related items such as salt/pepper to be found, and not enough paper products to last the week), but not enough to diminish the relaxation and pure enjoyment of our stay.

Small musty smell in the hallway. Parking was terrible. Constantly had to park on other side of complex. Oener only spots cannot be used but were available. Id say 3 stars all in all.
