About this house rental
Villa ideally located 300 meters from a bike path in a very quiet cul-de-sac bordering the state forest, a 5-minute walk from the Bay and a 15-minute walk from the ocean.
This villa features a 62m² terrace with dining and lounge areas, directly accessible via two large sliding glass doors from the bright, spacious living area (lounge and dining room).
It has 4 double bedrooms and two children's bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a toilet, two shower rooms, and two separate toilets.
Note: the utility room contains an extra fridge and a new plancha grill for guest use.
The villa has Wi-Fi access.
Fenced garden.
