Excellent location just a "pebbles" throw from the beach ⛱️ , situated in centre of Lyme near shops, cafes, bars etc. First floor flat, tastefully furnished for this old building, spotlessly clean.Thoughtful welcome pack, filled with goodies, milk in fridge. Cleaning products available.

Entrance hall & staircase little tired looking. Single bed in corner of living room looked out of place, slightess damp smell in that corner, but perhaps to be expected in period building.

Great location,ideal for town and beach

Entrance shared and off putting. (Door to road in need of repair/decoration. )Although clean, property felt in need of something of a refurb. Bedroom fine. Limited lounge space

Cosy property, we liked it being above the street and looking down. Bedroom lovely and son very comfortable in the lounge. Location great.

It is an interesting period property in an excellent location, right at the historic center, very close to the beach. Kitchen well equiped. The rental agency provided with coffee, tea, sweets and milk. Good quality bed linen and towels.

Lack of communication with the agency. I wrote many times during two weeks, the reply was that due to large volumes of messages they are not able to respond to my message. Wifi did not work. The owner changed the provider but the numbers on the router did not work. The agency replied as above to my messages. The key collection lock box is in the agency which is 15 min walk up steep hill. It is not convenient for return if you travel by public transport.
