Brilliant central location, very close to the front, Marine Theatre etc. There were comprehensive facilities (including a DVD player, unusually these days) and equipment. The flat had good space and cosy, quirky layout and decor.
The mattress of the bed was a bit squeaky, and the warring seagulls woke us up one morning but there's nothing much that can be done about that given the proximity of the property to the sea! It was great having free parking in such a central location but a word of warning: the parking is in a garage round the corner from the house and it is not very big. We managed to squeeze our VW Tiguan into it but I'm not sure you could get anything bigger to fit. You cannot leave the car in front of the garage either.

Loved the quirky little apartment, it had everything we needed & was really close to the shops, beach & bars. Great that it had parking too
We liked everything!! Only slight flaw was it was a cold weekend & the windows were a bit drafty when we sat on the sofa to relax.

Location was perfect. Very close to all attractions and shops.
The heating wasn't great. Could have done with a couple of extra heaters to initially get the rooms up to a comfortable temperature.

the key box was obviously located and easy to open, sometimes they are a real pain! i managed to unload outside on the drive then parked in the car park round the corner but then moved it into the garage the next day. The garage was areal plus.
Lyme Regis is a lovely little place with history and fossils. It was half term so lots of families and talks around the prom about how to find fossils.
nothing, it was great, such a sweet little flat, it literally had everything i needed down to hairdryer. The heating was good, i had a lovely hot bath, the plug wasn't a great fit but once i got it jammed in it stayed.
