Excellent location, comfortable, well equipped and lovely views.

The parking is a 1970s underground car park, getting in and out is a real struggle for even a medium sized car (Renault Captur). There is a chain of three letting companies, so a crazy amount of e mails and a danger of important things being missed. The key pick up/drop off is the best part of a mile away.

The location is great, right by the sea, 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the town centre and restaurants. The view is stunning and the flat is very comfortable and welcoming. It also avoids direct sun on the windows for most of the day so is great in hot weather. The goodie bundle was excellent and very welcome. The flat came with almost everything we would need for a nice stay

There was not a single fan in the property. This would be a very useful addition. The communal areas of the building were dirty and ill-kept while we were there. The front window of the stairwell had been smashed and broken glass was littered over the floor for the whole week but never cleared up. The parking is tight and (as described) really only suitable for a small car. Just be aware that they really do mean that!

The location was excellent. Well appointed and comfortable.

Garage door didn’t work, waited in the car for 45 min for maintenance to come and let us in. Phoned the agents three times and they never returned the call. In the end drove back to agent’s office and they sent a maintenance man. Turns out the garage door had been broken for a while. WiFi very slow
