Location. Simplicity. How well Marcio, the host, communicated. It's a characterful building in the heart of the Santa Clara area. 244 bus stop nearby takes you up to the University. Amazing views across the city. The maps in the drawer were very helpful. Easy car parking nearby.

The location was clean, all facilities to cook and clean by yourself. Extra towels and bedsheets were offered due to staying longer than a week. The personel was friendly and always replied fast when you texted them.

The 1bedroom appartment is correct. There's a terrace/garden. Quiet area. Parking on a street, walking distance. Walking distance into centre. The owner communicated via app. Courteous and Attentive.
Room was small. Can't move around too much. Bathroom extra small.
