Location. Simplicity. How well Marcio, the host, communicated. It's a characterful building in the heart of the Santa Clara area. 244 bus stop nearby takes you up to the University. Amazing views across the city. The maps in the drawer were very helpful. Easy car parking nearby.

Great location
The wash basin and bench were so close to the toilet, only a five year old could sit there comfortably. I would suggest a smaller basin and bench, or turn the existing one around 90 degrees and up against the shower screen.

The 1bedroom appartment is correct. There's a terrace/garden. Quiet area. Parking on a street, walking distance. Walking distance into centre. The owner communicated via app. Courteous and Attentive.
Room was small. Can't move around too much. Bathroom extra small.
