Die Wohnung befindet sich in eine ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt auf der Einkaufsstraße aber ist relativ ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist auch gut, besonders haben wir uns (nach 9 Tage auf dem Jakobsweg) auf die Waschmaschine gefreut.
Bodenbelag Erneuerungsbedürftig.

A casa é bastante central, apesar de ficar numa rua onde não se pode chegar de carro, tem de se parar na praça da portagem e ir a pé aproximadamente 300m. Tem muito comércio, restauração e outros tipos de lojas na área.
A casa é fria, tem 2 ares condicionados portáteis que, para funcionar, obrigam a manter as janelas abertas, por causa dos tubos, o que acaba por ser contraproducente. Tinha também algumas lacunas na limpeza, principalmente na cozinha.
