EVA's Apartment

This apartment is exceptional, beautifully presented and very clean. It has everything you could possibly require for a great holiday. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Great walk-in shower. Good view from balcony over rooftops to the sea (but usually a cruise ship in the way !) Great location, easy walking to old town and Riva with all the cafes and restaurants. Outside of building not inviting but as soon as you enter the front door everything is fresh and clean. On a very busy street but as you are on the fourth floor (lift available) this is not a problem. Supermarket across the road and just about 10 steps from front door is a great bakery with snacks, juice and fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast. Tea is the best host I have ever encountered in renting an apartment. Check in information is easy. She is in constant communication giving recommendations and checking if everything is to our satisfaction. Although we did not actually meet her I'm sure she is as lovely as she comes across in messages. This apartment is absolutely PERFECT.

Beautiful apartment and super helpful Host

L’emplacement est parfait, entre la vieille ville, le port et la plage. Logement calme et avec une vue sur le port.

Tout était bien, s’il faut améliorer quelque chose ça serait un peu plus de couverts.

Great location. Close to port and city centre. Lovely clean, bright and spacious apartment. Owners were very helpful and informative about the area. Cannot fault it.
