The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location! The space had everything we needed for our little family. It was right on the beach with all beach essentials provided, minus beach towels. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!

We loved the ocean view and access to the beach! We had everything we needed to make our meals and enjoyed eating them with a beautiful view just outside our room. Communication was excellent and they quickly addressed any concerns. Everything is newly updated and very clean. It was wonderful!

Bungalow Beach Place is amazing. Location, cleanliness, outdoor area, close to restaurants. We rented 6 units for all adults and had a wonderful time!

This was our 5th time staying at the same unit at Beach Bungalow Place in Indian Rocks Beach. Absolutely love the area…. So beautiful and peaceful! Last year, we mentioned a few items that could use some attention; the bed being the main issue….. also checking in was difficult, some items in the unit needed to be repaired. This year when we arrived, unfortunately, nothing had changed. I felt as though we were paying more money, and receiving less than we had in previous years.don’t think we’ll be going back ☹️
