The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Small, quiet, and clean.

So many things we enjoyed about this property such as the quick beach access, complimentary beach chairs and water toys, and small, intimate feel. However, our back door, which gave us immediate beach access, did not lock. We called VACASA and were assured a 50 minute call back which we never received. Late that afternoon, we ran Iinto maintence. After a brief inspection, the crew determined the lock was defective and they couldn't fix it because it would terminate the warranty. But we had nothing to worry about because no one would bother us. Unfortunately, this maintenance worker guarantee did nothing to relieve our concern, especially during sleep. In today's climate, we would assume guest safety would be of utmost priority. Sadly, this was not the case.
