Perfect for a family that is ready to play outdoors. Right on the beach and chairs available to use. My sons loved playing corn hole.

Perfect location. Very nice layout and decor. Comfortable sleeper sofa. Outdoor chairs were uncomfortable but otherwise everything was perfect.
