Footprints in the Sand, this comfy-cozy two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on 2nd story (stairs, no elevator), with a covered balcony overlooking the community gardens, the perfect place to bird watch in the morning and relax. Your vacation condo is located in a well manicured complex, Sea Club of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach.
This condo has everything you will need to feel right at home with a full kitchen with all the necessary dishes, utensils, small appliances you could ask for. We had an excellent stay at Kristen’s place! The property description is spot on. There was plenty of room for us and our 3 teens. The in condo washer and dryer was perfect. Everything was clean and ready to use. And Kristen was super responsive. You have a question, she responds right away! A short walk to the beach, and being poolside was a bonus! If you have a family of 5, you can not go wrong with this condo! Thank you Kristen for a wonderful stay!

My son, his friend, and I truly enjoyed our stay here. The beach was just a short walk away. The condo was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was spacious and I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening. The pool was very warm and inviting. There were a few food places within walking distance. Our family enjoyed the Fourth of July holiday here. The owners texted and shared where we could find fireworks and activities. They were very gracious with any questions. We went to Florida to enjoy the beach and simply relax. This condo was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the condo for a week and absolutely loved it! The location was everything we could have wanted. The condo was exactly as the listing showed and the communication with the rental office, for me via text, was great. Very timely answers to my questions. I would definitely return for another stay.
