Lighthouse Towers is also just steps away from Sheraton Sand Key Resort and Sand Key Park.

An application is required 10 days prior to arrival.
As Lighthouse Towers has a 14-day minimum term, any references within this advertisement to periods of less than 14 days are included for advertising and website reasons only and those references do not change the requirement that you will be renting the condo for a minimum term of 14 consecutive days. Reservations are set for two-week minimum periods throughout the year.
The complex is undergoing an exterior painting and balcony waterproofing project. There will be contractors on-site during the week and the balcony will be closed and not accessible. The project will likely conclude at the end of the year, 2024
Due to Hurricanes in 2024, Outdoor amenities could be down during stay or have limited hours / days opened during your stay. Please be aware there is construction being done Monday thru Friday, so noise can be heard daily and should be expected during your stay.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 7.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You won't find a better beach than right here. Check in was simple and without issue, in fact my entire stay was fantastic. This unit is very nice but has room for improvement. For instance the TV is clearly about to go out. The screen flashes and makes it difficult to enjoy. Secondly the beach buggy was in poor shape, literally falling apart. Considering the cost of the stay these items should be in good working order. I would consider staying again if these issues are corrected.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week stay. The Condo was great. We really appreciated everything provided for our convenience. The view was amazing. We would love to stay here again when we visit our grandkids.

We spent two amazing weeks here in 704 and cannot wait to return! This is our 9th year to be blessed to spend time in our `happy place`- truly paradise. Many thanks, the condo is beautiful. We will be back soon!
