Please note that starting September 21, 2025, through approximately September 2027, there will be construction on site which may cause noise and disruptions and possibly interfere with the accessibility of the balcony. -Trailers, U-Hauls, Boats, RVs, Golf Carts, Motorized Scooters and other similar motorized vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked on the property!

Great Condo exceeded our expectations. Clean comfortable and met all our needs. We had an issue with the air conditioning, a maintenance man came within 2 hours of our call repaired it and all was good. Really appreciated the great customer service. Thank you

We found the unit clean and suitable for all our needs. Loved the location and the beautiful views of the beach & pool from the balcony. The “start-up” supplies were more than adequate until we could visit the grocery.Only problem for us was the infestation of fruit flies in the kitchen. Itrip sent a maintenance man and he put new plumbing under kitchen sink; it was not draining properly & held a pool of water in drain which were breeding grounds for the flies. He also brought us some fly traps.; after he left, the fly problem disappeared after about a week. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking in this kitchen while the fruit flies were present!. I highly recommend the plumbing, under the kitchen sink, be double-checked, as I’m not totally sure that water is still not pooling in the drain pipe leading out of the garbage disposal.

The view was still as beautiful as last year. Sorry to see nothing was improved. Chad came in 3 times and did wonderful work.(replaced microwave, shower head in hall bathroom and repaired the air unit) I'm afraid we will probably be looking for a different destination.
