The gas grill and fire table is inoperable due to Hurricane Damages we are in the process of repairs. This should not affect your stay.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: This home has a Ring Doorbell at the front door.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The area is still recovering from last year's hurricane but this property was very well put back together. Most of the area's larger restaurants and supermarkets are back open. I feel like we may have been some of the first guests back in the property so we purchased a few beach chairs and left them at the house.

Only have one word to describe to the experience, AMAZING! Everything was very clean when we arrived, very spacious floor plan and much bigger than the pictures. Beach access is super close to property and not packed with people. Would highly recommended to anyone looking to stay at this property.

The house was very spacious and clean. The layout is great and nice back patio. The balconies on the street side were also spacious. Quick walk across the street to the beach. Great place, would definitely recommend.

This house had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved the bonus outdoor lounge area with the hot tub, and the very convenient beach access. We would love to stay here again next time we are in the area. The weather was mild so thankfully we did not experience any issues with air circulation in the rooms like we saw in some of the reviews.
