This beautiful, family-friendly, townhouse features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating for dining, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV in each bedroom. Be sure to take advantage of the spacious balconies and enjoy a favorite beverage in the sunshine while listening to the waves crash against the shore in the distance. The main living space in this charming townhouse is decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings and coastal décor. There is comfortable seating, and a large flat screen tv. Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen with an attached coffee bar. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 6, and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home. On the ground level there is a large outdoor area with seating and a gas grill for you to enjoy during your beach vacation.
On the main level, the first bedroom has a king bed, coastal décor, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms as well as an office and a shared family room. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Attached to this room, there is a spacious full bathroom with an all tile walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms also feature queen size beds and have easy access to the hall full bathroom which includes a tub shower combo. There is a private elevator in the townhouse accessing all floors.

This is the perfect property if you are a beach lover! You can walk out the door and you are 2 minute walk to the beach! This beach was clean and not busy at all! The property was clean when we checked in and the listing was accurate in its description. This property is located within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops, but you could drive to several more shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and am looking to book next year! There were a few minor issues: *Master bathroom shower head did not work properly *Shower shelves were all slanted so no toiletries could be placed on them. *Master bathroom door drags on floor*Master bathroom sink plunger was broken *Glass in one of the lamps in MB was broken*Light in family room was falling out of ceiling*Ceiling fan on third floor balcony didn’t work *Broken hose outside, but still worked*coffeemaker lid was broken, but still worked **** important: there are NO canopies allowed in this stretch of beach only single pole umbrellas this is enforced very strictly as code enforcement AND the police were called on us!!My biggest complaint was the communication ahead of time. VRBO was timely in answering my questions, but not always accurate. For example: I asked if there was a crock pot in the unit. The bot answered back that this is not a required appliance, so there’s not one in the unit. FYI- there’s a crock pot there. A real person could have known this. Again— fabulous property!

This was a great place for my family to have a relaxing beach vacation. We were directly across from the beach public access. Seven of us stayed comfortably in the townhome.

The townhouse was in a great location for us. The beach was right across the street from us and very quiet. The biggest downfall for us was the cleanliness. The floors were filthy. I’m not sure when they were last mopped. Our feet were black if we walked barefoot and my grandbaby that is crawling was all blackened. The couch was very dingy as well. Other minor things were the dryer wasn’t working, ceiling fan we couldn’t get on, balcony had a note that it was aware of an issue that needed to be fixed. The walls had great insulation which is huge for me! It was very hard to hear sound from the neighbor or any of the other bedrooms. Loved that each bed had at least a queen sized bed. I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again just hoping a new cleaning/maintenance crew would be brought in.

A great place in a great location. We had a wonderful time with a quick getaway to Redington beach. The Pelican townhouse is a great VRBO; clean and well taken care of. The managment was super easy to work with and we'll absolutely stay again. Note there are some coolers and beach chairs in the garage ready for action. A wonderful stay all around.
