This beautiful, family-friendly, townhouse features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of seating for dining, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV in each bedroom. The main living space in this charming townhouse is decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings and coastal décor. There is comfortable seating, and a large flat screen tv. Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen with an attached coffee bar. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 6, and seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home. On the ground level there is a large outdoor area with seating and a gas grill for you to enjoy during your beach vacation.
On the main level, the first bedroom has a king bed, coastal décor, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms as well as an office and a shared family room. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed. Attached to this room, there is a spacious full bathroom with an all tile walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms also feature queen size beds and have easy access to the hall full bathroom which includes a tub shower combo. There is a private elevator in the townhouse accessing all floors.

The townhouse was in a great location for us. The beach was right across the street from us and very quiet. The biggest downfall for us was the cleanliness. The floors were filthy. I’m not sure when they were last mopped. Our feet were black if we walked barefoot and my grandbaby that is crawling was all blackened. The couch was very dingy as well. Other minor things were the dryer wasn’t working, ceiling fan we couldn’t get on, balcony had a note that it was aware of an issue that needed to be fixed. The walls had great insulation which is huge for me! It was very hard to hear sound from the neighbor or any of the other bedrooms. Loved that each bed had at least a queen sized bed. I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again just hoping a new cleaning/maintenance crew would be brought in.

A great place in a great location. We had a wonderful time with a quick getaway to Redington beach. The Pelican townhouse is a great VRBO; clean and well taken care of. The managment was super easy to work with and we'll absolutely stay again. Note there are some coolers and beach chairs in the garage ready for action. A wonderful stay all around.

We stayed here for a friends trip and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The home was spotless, spacious, and in a great location. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, which made group meals easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
