The main living space in this charming townhouse is decorated with soft colors, cozy furnishings and coastal décor. There is comfortable seating, and a large flat screen tv. Just off the main living area is the spacious kitchen with an attached coffee bar. There is a formal dining area with a table set for 4, and seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glassware you'll need to make yourself at home. On the ground level there is a large outdoor area with seating, 2 TV's, gas grill, and gas fire pit for you to enjoy during your vacation.
On the main level, the first bedroom has a king bed, coastal décor, and a private bathroom with dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms each with a king sized bed, and a shared family room are with TV. The Loft Area is spacious with 2 Full sized beds and TV.

Fits many people but only 3 bedrooms. We had nine and the person on the couch had trouble sleeping bc the house was so tight but for a vacation with like two families this place is great! Overall a great location and value for your money. Outside grill and tv was nice too.

Saltwater Serenity is a GREAT vacation rental. The extremely well appointed townhouse made for a great 4 day family reunion. We wanted a 3 bedroom with King size beds for the three couples. Each had their own bathroom. The master bedroom was to die for. Walk-in shower, giant walk-in closet were a few of the upgrades. The two car garage was a nice touch. The elevator was used many times. The back patio has a gas fire pit, plus a large multi burner grill that’s connected to a bar area. Redington beach is a very short walk from the unit. There were also ample beach chairs and children’s beach toys. Bob Barker used to say The Price is Right! And so is this unit.

The beach is across the street but very easy to get too and not too busy. This is a quieter part of the area. We drove to St Johns pass to the shops and restaurants. I did call regarding the garage door and one of the outdoor tvs not working. The refrigerator didn't seem to be cooling well and called on that. The response was quick. There were 2 other smaller refrigerators to use.
