A very comfortable house, great patio and screened in porch, large dining table and nice kitchen. A short walk to the beach. Across the street from park. Management is very responsive and great to work with. Love this place!

We had a great time at Sunset Retreat! The beds were very comfy and it was nice having the garage. The weather was chilly, so we couldn't really use the pool. We weren't aware that it wasn't heated when we booked. The backyard was amazing, with lots of toys for the kids, we spent so much time back there! We love the area and would book again!

our family was invited to a wedding in Brandon and decided to make a vacation out of it. We came down the week before the wedding, with kids coming from around the country showing up during the week. There were a few little glitches in the first days but the property management company was fantastic. They were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. This was the beginning of the "season" so I'm sure everyone else will benefit. The walk to the beach was super easy. I would suggest bringing your favorite beach chairs from home, the ones left are a little weathered. This is a great neighborhood for walking, lots of cool homes, docks and boats to check out. Its close to other beaches if you want to explore, and restaurants are within walking distant. I would visit again. Thanks hosting!

The property was just as advertised. It is just a couple minutes walk to the beach, has a great pool, was well appointed and, above all, clean.
Having grown up in the area, and vacation rented nearby many, many times, I am familiar with quite a few properties and the varying conditions on might expect. I would highly recommend this property.
More importantly, Samantha and her team made this the best vacation rental we've ever had! As an example, we had an issue with the wifi. Within minutes, Samantha responded with the cable company on the line. I don't know how anyone can make that happen? But she did.
We had a couple other small requests, and she handled them both promptly and courteously.
I can't wait to return!
