"Villa Armi"vacation house near falasarna!

Everything was wonderful. The house was spacious, extremely clean, tidy and very comfortable. We had absolutely everything we needed, the air conditioning was excellent, and the location was perfect for our holiday. Sophia was also a wonderful and very helpful host.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect for us.

The view was amazing. The house was spacious and with good location near beautiful beaches. The surroundings were pieceful and quiet. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed - coffee machine, oven, microwave, utensils...We had a compkiment waters in the fridge, cookies and fruits which was very nice and touching. The hostess Sofia was nice and friendly.

The house was not cleaned not even once during our stay, which I didn't like. There was no hairdryer so you should bring one.

Curat, spatios, gazda minunat.

Doua dintre dormitoare nu are aer condiționat, nu are curte.

This is a two-stories high villa with a lot of space, beautiful furniture, and fully equipped kitchen. It is located rather at the very end of Platanos and is very isolated – the nearest house is something like 100m away. There is no garden, but you are still surrounded by nature and hear only winds, cicadas and sometimes sheep. The villa has several balconies and offers stunning views of the sea on the horizon and mountains. You definitely need a car to reach the beaches. The closest and the most famous for its beauty – Falassarna – is 5-7 min drive.

Unfortunately, the villa didn’t have air conditioner. The owner argued the presence of, very strong actually, winds would keep the space cool … Still, for us in July this was not enough. After two hard nights we had to look for another accommodation and in fact double paid for our stay, as cancellation policy of the property was not very flexible. There was a number of other smaller, but still annoying, issues – window blinds extremely heavy to operate (literally one needs to have very strong hands and fingers); many doors were not closing properly – the most painful was the door of WC/Bath, which we were “closing” with a chair behind the door to gain a bit of privacy; would be helpful if the owner provided practical information about how to operate in the villa (windows, WiFi code, technique). The owners are very friendly people and it is clear that they put a lot of effort into making this a nice place. This place should gain a lot in value, once certain things get fixed.
