The property has been completely renovated, and you can really see how much care and effort the owners have put into making this place special. The rooms are modern and beautiful, the bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, the bed is extremely comfortable and there’s a big smart tv. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, the cleaning service is excellent, and all the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. The view from the “Side Sea View Room” is beautiful. During the day and at sunset you can enjoy the sea, while in the evening the lights of the mountain villages create a lovely atmosphere. Some reviews mention the many greenhouses in the surrounding area, but we didn’t mind them at all. They didn’t affect our stay or the beautiful atmosphere of the place. It’s clear that they’re an important part of the local economy, and we didn’t find them distracting. The beach is literally in front of the rooms and the umbrella is included in the price of the room. The beach doesn’t feel small because it’s really beautiful and there is also the new beach bar, with delicious food and drinks. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want a relaxing or romantic stay, but also if you want to do some snorkeling or explore some other beach in the west side of the island. We spent seven days at Kolombito and then two days at another place near Elafonissi. Looking back, we wish we had stayed at Kolombito for the entire trip and simply driven to Elafonissi for a day trip.

The location and hosts were so lovely that I prolonged a day more from my initial plan. It’s quiet, it has a private beach and it’s just less than 10 minutes away by car from Falassarna main beach. The cleaning of the room was done daily and everything is brand new and fully equipped. I wish I would’ve stay at least a few days more because it’s paradisiaque beach and the hosts made it feel like home. Thank you truly!

Lovely, clean apartment. Warm and welcoming staff who made you feel at home. Loved the quiet location and tiny beach. Ate every night at the taverna which was a 5 minute walk. Delicious food. A car is a must.
