The house is very close to Falasarna beach. The apartment is quiet, very well equipped and super clean. The host is a darling, she made sure we were having a good time, she pampered us with some amazing cretan food that we absolutely loved. It was such a nice surprise to wake up in the morning or to come home from an exhausting but fun day to find something homecooked waiting for you. Thank you again! I have to add that this house has made our TOP 3 Greece bookings being worth all the money, having exceptional conditions, being very clean and well kept.

We spent wonderful nights at Riza Falasarna Apartments and it was one of the most enjoyable and positive stays we've ever had. The host was amazing, very communicative, and greeted us with a warm dinner of skewers, roasted potatoes, and tzatziki. Throughout our stay, we were spoiled with delicious homemade dishes like stuffed eggplants and cakes. The hostess speaks excellent English and is lovely to talk to. The apartment was extremely clean — truly one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in — and fully equipped, down to kitchen spices and even sweetener. The view from the balcony over olive groves and the beach was stunning. There’s convenient parking and great local tavernas nearby. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty, nature, food, and hospitality that Crete has to offer.

Riza Falasarna is situated over the beach with beautiful view to olive groves and rocks by see. The best place for people loving more authenticity then tourism. By Despina you feel very comfortable. She offers even some home made Cretan food, very delicious. Every 2-3 days she cleans the rooms and gives you new towels and bed linen. In the kitchen we found even honey and coffee. And butter and fruits in the fridge. Comfortable beds. And you really feel you are welcome by Despina.

Expect very dirty road, knobbly for about 100 m before you reach the appartment. But near the appartment the road is OK then.

Everything. Hosts are very kind. Despina’s mom always surprised us with some home made local specialities. The apartment is organised in a clever way and well equipped.

Only a minor thing is that the AC is not in the bedroom, but in the living room area, so it needs to cool down the whole house first.

Great place with amazing cretan family

Hospitality of the owner - Despina is at very very high level! She did everything you need to make you feel comfortable during our stay. The apartment was big with amazing terrasse and sunset view directly from the room! Very clean and well furnitured. Very easy access to the beach and the near village with a car(easy to park). The owner surprised us with a local delicious dishes and exceeded your expectations. Our Dog also loved the place and played with Bubu(the dog of the owner) We will visit again!

We had to leave at some point back to our country when our stay was over and to stop drinking wine and watching the beautiful sunsets on the terrasse of the room :)

Exceptional

Despina and Athena are incredibly good hosts. They are friendly and yet always gave us lots of space. They cooked and gave us the most delicious traditional Greek food! Our bellies miss it so much. Their recommendations were excellent. The apartment is spacious (it is bigger than it looks in the photos), the views are stellar, and Despina always kept it sparkling clean. We very much enjoyed being able to do laundry and hang out our clothes after a sandy day at the beach.

Exceptional

If you are looking for a real place for recovery and great hospitality, do not hesitate to book a stay at Riza. We've been visiting Greece for many years, couple or more times per year and this is one of the greatest holiday spots we've found so far. The accommodation is far from the noise and the crouds, very specious and actually it feels and looks better than the photos on the site. It is equipped with everything you might need. I mean really everything. The beautiful long beach of Falasarna is some minutes away via car. There is a well stocked super market and pharmacy in the nearest village of Platanos. The location is also convinient starting point for visiting the rest of the other famous beaches this side of the island. Last but not least, Kiria Despina and her mother will do their best to make your stay unforgettable. The homemade treats were great surprise and fantastically delicious. They are the greatest hosts you'll ever have and you'll never find such kindness, generosity and care if you stay at hotel. Thank you for everything!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce très bel appartement situé en pleine nature,bien équipé, confortable avec une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Falassarna.Merci à la propriétaire pour les messages échangés pour nous aider à trouver facilement le logement, pour les succulents plats typiquement crétois offerts si généreusement. Soggiorno meraviglioso! Posizione perfetta in un luogo molto tranquillo e con una vista mozzafiato, a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Falasarna. Appartamento praticamente perfetto, attrezzato e con già presenti all’interno beni di prima necessità sia per quanto riguarda la cucina sia per il bagno! Tutto perfettamente pulito e in ordine! Ma cosa più importante l’ospitalità della signora Despina, gentile, simpatica e davvero premurosa con i suoi ospiti, infatti spesso ci ha deliziati con piatti tipici/tradizionali del luogo, tutti davvero buoni! Penso sia davvero difficile trovare un luogo e un ospitalità di questo livello. Stra consigliato a persone di cuore, che amano la natura e gli animali! Ci mancherà tutto questo, tanto!❤️

Un soggiorno indimenticabile a Riza Appartement

Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorni fantastici in famiglia al Riza Appartement. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di un meraviglioso terrazzo con vista mare, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Despina è un’host straordinaria: sempre presente, attenta e premurosa. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio e ci ha deliziato con diversi piatti tipici della cucina greca, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima a Falasarna e ad altre splendide spiagge. Nei dintorni ci sono anche numerose taverne, servizi e supermercati. È stata un’esperienza che ricorderemo con piacere e che consigliamo a chiunque cerchi relax e ospitalità autentica.

Despina (właścicielka) jest najlepszym hostem na świecie! Czuliśmy się, jakbyśmy przyjechali do cioci na wakacje. Była pomocna, miła, a nawet ugotowała nam tradycyjne greckie danie w dniu przyjazdu i przepyszne śniadanie w dniu wyjazdu. Poleciła nam miejsca warte zobaczenia, doradziła. Jej apartament jest wyposażony we wszystko, jest i pralka i suszarka i kuchnia i piękny widok. Liczymy, że prędko odwiedzimy to miejsce znowu!

Impossible de décrire notre séjour chez Despina , vous êtes comme à la maison . Despina est d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une grande générosité nous avions droit à de supers petits plats maison , de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours . L'hébergement est vraiment top , il ne manque rien et surtout la vue sur la mer ... je pense sincèrement que notre séjour chez Despina était l'un des meilleurs de nos voyages et nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir, si un jour nous revenons en crête

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in absolut ruhiger Lage mit einer besonders lieben und warmherzigen Gastgeberin Despina. Schönes großes , helles und super sauberes , gepflegtes Apartment, liebevoll mit allem was man brauchen könnte ausgestattet, wunderschöne Terrassen, herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht von Falasarna, Olivenhaine direkt vor dem Haus. Zahlreiche attraktive Ziele erreicht man in Kürze. Highlight natürlich auch die Köstlichkeiten, die uns übergeben wurden, sehr leckere griechische Spezialitäten. Wir haben uns eingebettet in Despinas Familie wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die besondere Gastfreundschaft!
