Amazing location just outside of Kissamos, perfect to be close to nature, away from crowds. Amazing view to the sea and Kissamos! The owners have organised everything perfectly, nothing is missing. Very clean, hot water all the time, all appliances are brand new and mattresses are anatomical. Eco friendly also with parking you can charge electric cars from solar panels! Extra credit: they provide us beach towels.
Nothing important. Only the road to the facilities is the only problem but if you follow the instructions of the owners is a piece of cake.

A truly lovely place with fantastic views right down to the ocean! Well worth waking up with the light to catch the sunrise (see my review pics!).
I had a very comfy room, which was a twin with a bathroom just across the landing. I was there solo but the room would have been perfect for people travelling together too.
Clearly a lot of time and attention has been given to making this an authentic and comfortable place to stay, and I can't recommend it enough. The WiFi was great throughout, aircon in the bedrooms, and the kitchen and sitting areas are comfy and well-equipped.
You also won't find better hosts than Fiona and Manu, who arrange and guide local outdoors activities (hikes, swims etc) and can tell you all there is to know about the best spots to see, where to eat and making the most of your time in Kissamos.
No downsides for me! The amazing views mean you are nestled high above Kissamos, so there's an ascent to get to the property but it's a well-tarmac'd road easily traversable by e-bike (which I did a few times), or car, or on foot if you fancy the steps. Going down by bike is a treat.
