Let's Chill in the Cave

A cave-style home, with panoramic views of Santorini's Caldera – we love it, and we're sure you will too. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the sea and stepping out onto your private balcony for a sfougato breakfast feast, whipped up in your kitchenette. You can even hear the waves from the comfort of your sofa. The balcony door in the living room boasts a fantastic view of the vista, perfect for when those pesky TV adverts come on. The monochromatic decor makes the bright blue hues of the ocean pop even more. And when it's time to get out and explore, you couldn't be better positioned – you'll be right by the entrance to Oia village, with its Renaissance-era castle (built to guard against pirates) and famous church reachable in just ten minutes. If it's a day at the beach you're after, Ammoundi Bay is a four-minute drive or twenty-minute stroll (make sure you stop by one of the seafood restaurants for lunch). Back at home, we think evenings are best spent in the hot tub – half-shaded and given complete privacy by the arch of the staircase, with the other half offering incredible sunset views as you sit back in the bubbling water, with a glass of bubbly in hand (of course).
