Welcome to the Monarch Beach House at Long Point – a modern beachfront, 2-bedroom condo loaded with amenities! The condo has an amazing view of Lake Erie with a private beach for condo guests to use right across the street – you’ll be able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private patio, or the condo’s private beach, or rooftop patio. Come and enjoy a memorable stay!!
Please note: The lake levels can vary day-to-day and month-to-month, so there may be more or less beach below the break-wall during your stay.
The space
The Condo:
-- You will have full access to a two-bedroom condo unit on the 1st floor.
The master bedroom has an unobstructed lake view, with a king-size bed and sliding door to the private lake view patio. The master bedroom also has a full ensuite, TV, and full closet for plenty of storage.
-- The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and built-in cabinetry for plenty of storage.
-- The main living area of the condo has a chef’s kitchen, complete with a full-size stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Small appliances include a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and air fryer. There is an eating area, complete with a table & chairs, or pull up a barstool to watch all the action going on in the kitchen.
-- The main living area also includes a lounge area, complete with a large, comfy couch and TV. Enjoy the view of the lake from here on rainy days!!
Walk out through the large patio doors to your private patio and lounge on the Muskoka chairs while taking in the amazing view of Lake Erie.
-- The condo also features a full-size washer & dryer and a second full bathroom, complete with a shower.
-- The condo offers high-speed internet and satellite TV.

The park offers over two kilometers of sandy beaches for you to enjoy!
Restaurants: Long Point has some great casual dining spots to enjoy during the summer months. The area offers additional dining experiences if you are looking for something more formal.
Wineries and Breweries: Norfolk county boasts many great wineries, so you can ‘Toast the Coast’, ‘Ride the Bine’, or plan your own adventure.

We stayed at the Monarch Beach House for 7 nights at the end of July, and everything was absolutely perfect! The condo had everything we could possibly need, with great attention to detail. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt just like home.We loved how close the beaches were — just a short walk away. A big bonus was having the beach cart, chairs, and umbrellas provided, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable.Thank you for such a wonderful stay — we would come back in a heartbeat!Nathalie and Serge

The condo was exactly as it looked in the photos. It was the perfect getaway for my daughter, my mother and myself. It was so nice to look out at the water across the road. We often sat on the beach across the road and had it to ourselves. Although we couldn’t access the water, the view and the breeze was perfect. We were a short walk from beach access. The only complaint we have, not of the property at all, was the bugs.

I absolutely loved my time here. The condo was immaculate and had absolutely everything you could need. I loved the views from the bedroom and living room windows. The private beach was nice for morning coffee or after dinner drinks. The main beach is a close walk away. I will definitely be coming back!
