The host was very kind and responded quickly. We had an issue with how hot and humid the unit was for the first 3 days and eventually we figured out it was the dehumidifier and the host gave us permission to turn it off. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen supplies.
Upon arrival I noticed the unit had a very strong musty odor and was very humid. The unit does not appear to be well maintained/cleaned. The wall and ac unit were covered in thick dust. The bathroom wall had drips of some brown liquid down it. The mattress protector was stained. The couch also smelled of urine. The beach cannot safely be accessed from unit you must walk down the road to access the beach.

I had stayed at this location several years ago and really liked where it was located and the facilities that were available.
It was quite musty upon arrival.

The property was very cute & comfortable. As previously stated the beach disappeared at high tide & could not be used. But at low tide it was lovely. Location was good absolutely beachfront.
Due to the fact that the AC is a window unit in a humid climate, there is a bit of musty smell in the unit. It’s a bit of a challenge to get back to the unit, if you don’t time the tides properly.
