Beach access is unavailable during high tide at the moment (the beach changes rapidly), the public access point should be used just to the north of the Topsail Reef HOA for beach access

* Tennis and basketball courts, grilling area available for guest use.
* High tide may cover bottom stairs; alternative access points nearby.
* Avoid sandbags around building pillars to slow beach erosion.

Great location to enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the crashing waves all day, even if you don’t want to be on the beach. You can’t possibly get any closer to the water without being IN the water. Amazing! Clean and comfy accommodations with restaurants and shopping a few minutes away. The only negative was the loudness of the AC unit which struggles. When the compressor cycles on it’s hard to hear normal conversation in the room. Thankfully the weather was great and we spent most of the day on the balcony just listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. The proximity to the water to hear the sounds of the ocean without having to be on the beach was just what we wanted and was THE highlight of the trip. A nice oasis to retreat from the daily grind!

Beautiful beach. Loved the easy access. Condo was nice appointed. Really enjoyed sitting on the beach, weather in hoodies and reading a book or enjoying the sunshine
