The location of this unit is really ideal in terms of ocean views and this building has some of the best staircase access in the complex at high tide. The furniture is basic and not the most comfortable, but we don't come to the beach for the furniture. Really great value for the location!

The condo was clean and well appointed but the kitchen cabinets have the vernier pealing and there is a constant smell of moisture. It was still a wonderful stay but beech access can be difficult because you’re not allowed to walk on the giant sand bags so you have to walk through a 3 foot deep tide pool.

Place was functional but not inviting. Not decorative. Very Basic accommodations. Great view and great location though.
