The property was small but an adequate size for our family of 4. The location was brilliant - right next to the boardwalk making trips to the beach a short walk. There was plenty of outdoor space to store surfboards and bikes as well as a dining area. The only small inconvenience was that the toilet was upstairs while the rest of the bathroom was on the ground floor.
