About this apartment rental
Just like a townhouse!
Organized around a spacious, inviting CENTRAL ISLAND, the large 26m² living area (with ceilings over 4m high) opens onto a “FESTIVE” OUTDOOR TERRACE featuring a teak dining table, a built-in BBQ, and a BAR for breakfast in the sun… or for evening drinks. A relaxation area features garden furniture with two armchairs and an acacia sofa.
The mezzanine overlooking the living room is designed like a treehouse, featuring board games, books about the region, Native Americans, and crime novels… and always unique decorative touches.
It is equipped with two 80-cm single beds (latex mattresses and slatted box springs) that can be pushed together. It offers a magical view of the lighthouse through a large skylight.
Two other bedrooms are located at the back, in a quiet, tree-lined, and bright courtyard where you can park your car in our covered parking area.
The master bedroom features a spacious bed (2x90) and ample storage space.Dunlopillo bedding (30 cm thick latex mattress and upholstered box spring)
The adjacent room is a dorm-style room with two bunk beds.
Both rooms open onto a small balcony facing west, which is very relaxing in the summer.
The bathroom is simple but practical. The shower is very pleasant (powerful water pressure! and a 300-liter water heater sufficient for 6 people... who are reasonable!
The rental is located in a small condominium complex consisting of two houses facing the courtyard and two apartments upstairs, including ours.So you won’t have any neighbors above or below you (the first floor is occupied by a real estate agency).
Everyone knows each other in this small complex, and we emphasize that guests must be respectful of everyone’s privacy.
The setting is exceptional: Welcome to Le Ferret. The supervised beach at the Bassin (ideal for young children) is at the end of the street; the dune leading to the ocean is 500 meters away... Then it’s a 10-minute walk along a beautiful sandy path blanc.La The pine forest and its many bike trails are a 5-minute bike ride away (it’s best to rent a bike from Francis, just 10 m from the house.)
All the shops are right nearby: A great bakery right below; a supermarket across the street with Jean-Pierre’s excellent meat. Lucine, “the” fishmonger of Le Ferret, is 100 meters away;The daily summer market is 300 meters away; the oyster-farming district with its traditional huts, where it’s a pleasure to enjoy oysters with a nice glass of white wine, etc., etc.

Perfect hosts, easy and friendy communication, and very quick response times. The apartment is located ideally, is well organized, wonderful terrace, good kitchen. We would love to come back.

Well-equipped, centrally located appartment. It is next to the bakery and pizza place, across from the supermarket and 300 m from the Laguna. Very detailed and helpful instructions and advice from owner on nearby attractions, shopping etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for a family of five - we had a very good time there!

We had a perfect week at Cap Ferret. We enjoyed our time very much and felt very comfortable. The flat is super equipped and very centrally located and the sea can be reached very quickly on foot or by bike. The bakery next door has very tasty croissants. The landlord is very accommodating and helpful. Always happy to come back and thank you very much!
