Overall, convenient place to stay.Close to the Old City, very walkable.The pool was a nice option when we wanted to cool off and just hang out.Plan to return next summer.Merci!

Nice clean 2-bedroom condo. Close to grocery store.

II recently stayed at this condo for two nights and had a mixed experience that I'd like to share. Firstly, I want to highlight two great aspects: the property manager, Anne, was incredibly helpful and communicative, making our arrival and stay smoother. Additionally, the condo's proximity to Old Quebec is a significant plus, allowing easy access to the city's charm and attractions. The condo itself is small but functional for a short stay. The main bedroom was comfortable, but the smaller bedroom's mattress was less than ideal and definitely needs replacing, as well as the pillows. We found the lighting in the bedrooms to be quite dim, which made it challenging to feel cozy. The unfinished cement ceiling made the space feel very cold. Despite turning up the heat, we struggled to stay warm and ended up bundling up with blankets while watching TV. The parking garage directly beside the condo provided homeless individuals a place to gather, and unfortunately, one evening, we were disturbed by loud yelling (homeless individual) that carried into the night. The music from the bar just down the street could be clearly heard within the condo unit as well. Overall, while there were some positives, I can't say this property met the standards I’ve experienced with other rental properties I have rented in the past. It may work for a short stay, but I hope future guests find improvements made to enhance their experience.
