Upon arrival at the accommodation, you will find a spacious and well-appointed bedroom with a Queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a large wardrobe to store your clothes.
As you step into the living area, you'll discover a fully equipped kitchen with an impressive countertop, allowing you to comfortably cook almost anything you desire.
In the living room, there is a FireTV smart television and a convertible sofa for peaceful movie nights.
The modern and inviting bathroom will provide comfort after a day of exploring the surroundings.
A washer and dryer will be available in the accommodation if needed.
The building itself features a shared pool open from early May to late October on the rooftop terrace, as well as a shared BBQ area and a gym.

The building does have a heated swimming on the roof that our guests have access to during their stay.
- The pool is closed for the colder months of the year, usually from October to June. Dates may vary, and this isn't something we can control. Contact us if you have questions on this subject to get the latest updates we have.
- The pool is reserved for the residents of the building. People not included in your booking are not allowed on site. There are no lifeguards on site. Thank you for always keeping an eye on your children.

Excellent accommodation for two people. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and all major sites in Quebec City.Well appointed kitchen. We prepared breakfast and several other meals. Nice washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was included with our stay.We highly recomend this property to any couple looking to spend some time in the city.
