Conveniently close to supermarket and beaches

We booked the ground floor with garden. The bathroom plumbing was such that there was a near constant sewer smell. We had to keep the window open. Filling the s-traps with water also did not help. Locks and hinges of the garden gate were malfunctioning and we did not have a key for the door accessing the garden, rendering garden use to an ultimate minimum (as we had to walk around the block for it).

A great place to stay as long as you have a vehicle.

The apartment itself was great. Comfortable bed, a washing machine (instructions in English would be a plus), shower, kitchen, etc., all good. WiFi was also good. Just a mile from Omaha beach's western edge.

Very rural. One store open at varying hours, so shopping for goods tricky. No restaurants open despite maps showing them to be (I was there in February). The only restaurant I found within walking distance (2.5 miles) was a little mom & pop by the beach. If you don't have a car, this could suck. I just sucked it up and walked a lot.

Extraordinary comfort in a newly renovated house 5 minutes from Omaha beach

Absolutely fantastic, comfortable, nicely designed and perfectly equipped house, extremely helpful with the smallest details. The house has everything a traveller needs, including cleaning products (for bathroom, kitchen and all other rooms), iron, washing machine, electic and outside grill, microwave oven, 2 coffee makers, games and playing cards. Everything is super clean, new and seems like never used before. Very comfortable bed, fress smell all over the house. Fantastic experience and very flexible host leaving keys with code for flexible arrival.

Emplacement parfait 👍

L'emplacement du gîte est parfait, à proximité de tout dans un petit village très calme, proche de la plage. L'appartement est vraiment très bien, grand , propre, bien équipé. La terrasse est idéale. Facile pour se garer devant. Petite supérette à 2 minutes à pied très pratique ainsi qu'un distributeur de fruits de mer !

Un petit bémol sur le confort du canapé lit, pas vraiment fait pour 2 adultes grand et costaud !La télévision de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas... mais pas franchement important !

Det var mycket dålig lukt i lägenheten. Allt var fuktigt, bikinin var lika våt dagen efter som när vi hängde upp den .Soptunnan utanför sovrummet var överfull och stank så man kunde inte öppna fönstret.

Erholung und Entspannung leider nicht möglich

Die Strandnähe ist gut

Als Ferienhaus ausgeschrieben ... jedoch handelt es sich um ein Appartement. Von wegen alleinige Nutzung. Super Hellhörig. Die Türen (Fenster gibt es nicht zum Lüften) lassen ebenfalls sämtliche Straßengeräusche durch. Der Kühlschrank macht immer wieder Summende und platschende Geräusche die vorallem Nachts sehr störend sind. Wer Erholung und Entspannung sucht ist hier leider falsch. Dazu wurden während unseres Aufenthalts Dacharbeiten am Nachbarhaus durchgeführt. Wodurch wir bis auf drei Tage (Dank Wochenende und Feiertag) morgens durch die Arbeiter und den Arbeitslärm aus dem Bett geworfen wurden.

Lage topp, Ferienwohnung naja, für 3tage konnte man es machen.

Lage war gut👍

Ganze Ferienwohnung hätte besser sein können, Bad veraltet, Wind durch die Türen gehört, wenn man einen Hund hat sind die bodenebenen Fenster nichts wenn man lüften möchte. Hatten nachts auch ein Tier im Schlafzimmer, offen lassen nachts geht gar nicht, ist ja auf offener Straße.😬
