About this house rental
Located in front of the Rabouillères, at the bottom of the garden and well separated from the house, a small annex called Chasse Spleen, designed for a maximum of 4 people. Can be rented in addition to the house (8 beds) or separately
Everything is thought of, a living room with a good sofa, an armchair and a pouf, television and wifi, a dining area and a small kitchen, with on the mezzanine 2 futons with mattresses (140cm), not intended for children under 6 years old given the staircase..., not very high ceiling.
A bedroom with a double 160 cm bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
A small garden separate from the big house with a nice terrace and a BBQ.
Garden armchairs, an outdoor table for meals.

For lovers of walks along the sea and cliffs, or in the Normandy bocage.
For visits to the historical sites of the June 1944 landings, for abbeys, castles, museums... in the region.
Beaches where you can fish on foot (mussels, shellfish, shrimps, sometimes lobster?)

To do your shopping, Port en Bessin welcomes you with two large supermarkets and many small shops, restaurants, pharmacy, Sunday market and every day the arrival of the day's fish on the pier of the port.
The markets in Bayeux 14 km are on Wednesday afternoons and Saturdays.

We had a great time with our small family (2 kids and a dog) visiting the WW2 landing sites and the awesome beaches around Aure sur mer. House was perfectly equiped and located. Thx Anna

Klein aber fein, in ruhiger Lage konnten wir den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen. Um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden ist es ideal, zum Strand nicht weit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dank der Umzeunung war es auch für unseren Hund ideal, sie war die meiste Zeit draussen. Vielen Dank!

Wir waren nur 2 Tage auf der Durchreise in diesem kleinen, süßen Haus. Es ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bad ist ganz neu und einwandfrei sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist es einfach ein schnuckeliges, kleines Häuschen, in das wir wiederkommen würden - allerdings, und jetzt kommt das Manko, nicht mehr zu viert. Das Haus ist einfach viel zu klein für 4 Personen. In das Bad kommt man nur durch das Haupt-Schlafzimmer, so dass Person 3 und 4 immer dort durchlaufen müssen, wenn sie z. B. nachts auf die Toilette müssen. Es gibt auch nicht genug Stauraum für 4 Koffer und die dort enthaltene Kleidung. Wir standen uns ständig im Weg oder fühlten uns nachts gestört.
Fazit: Super liebevoll eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Haus in einer super Umgebung, absolut empfehlenswert, jedoch nicht für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern.
