Location! So close to the water. Walk off the huge deck onto the beach and ocean.
Old raggedy carpet. No way it is clean. Pet friendly units should not have carpet so floors can be cleaned properly. Also, the steep stairs were difficult to get up with luggage and groceries.

Location was wonderful. Right on the beach. It was quiet but still close enough to shops and restaurants.
The cleanliness. Some areas of the house needed some attention as well as some fixing up. Some appliances also needed to be addressed.
