The location was very close to a festival we attended. Ample free on street parking outside the annexe. The annexe itself was perfect - super clean, a fab shower, lovely bedroom, well equipped kitchen, plus the bonus of an outdoor terrace area complete with a palm tree.

Our second visit here and just as lovely as last year. Perfect location , easy parking , plenty space, very well maintained and good sleep despite heatwave!! Love the courtyard garden and again appreciated the bottle of Prosecco !!
Nothing - although an extra fan would be great for heat ( we brought our own as aware heatwave ) and perhaps a sun umbrella for garden area but very minor points!

The place we stayed was self-catering, therefore no breakfast was included. There was a lovely welcome pack of packets of biscuits, a good choice of tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and also a welcome bottle of Rose wine. Everything we needed was supplied and it had a lovely little courtyard garden where we could sit and chill out. We enjoyed being able to watch tv in bed, which was extremely comfortable. The beach was a 5 minute walk and there is a fantastic cafe just across the road. They serve brilliant food and their coffee and hot chocolate was amazing.
Black out curtains in the bedroom might have been nice, but that is what we're used to and we don't get up very early at home. Other than that, we couldn't fault it at all.
