Location is great and lovely view , comfortable beds , felicity, parking space . Good communication with landlord.

The location was ideal as the beach is just across the road plus there is lots of free parking a big bonus! There is a Children's park, Cafe and family Pub restaurant plus another Cafe directly on the beach. You are also right next to the Cliff Lift if you did not want to walk down. The view from our apartment was stunning! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and cooker, etc. Great value for money and fit for purpose. Looking forward to visiting there again.

The location is great with great access to the beach and to Southbourne Grove. The park across the road was great for our child. The apartment had good cooking facilities and I was glad that things like cleaning supplies were amply provided (not stingy with washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs). The viewings really is lovely on a quiet sunny evening. Communication was good with the Stai team.

Wear and tear on the building is very tired. Noise traveled between the floors - footsteps and voices easily heard and the second night there was a louder group below us (though they stopped music by 10).
