I love student accommodation and it was nice being reminded of my first year in halls

The process of getting in was really poor because of the out of hours telephone system. As any student knows the OOH emergency line can take ages. This took 15 mins on hold which is no fun and from student accom experience I knew that it could easily take an hour! so it was frustrating. When I was met by a human to check in he was delightful and the accom was great

Straight away felt incredibly welcomed and they always greeted me very kindly.

The location was good for the purpose of my visit. Easy walk from the train station. The place has everything you need. Just needed better attention

The communication is shocking with this place. They took forever to answer the messages I sent, so I ended up phoning and getting it sorted with the manager, after that, I was bombarded with questions that had already been answered numerous times. After reading other reviews of people waiting outside for a very long time to get in, I called the number provided by the team from the train station. it took them 22 minutes to answer and I was told the warden would meet me outside, low and behold, when we got there, there was nobody to open the door or gives the keys. Luckily, another student let us in and wait for the warden inside. After waiting for a long time, we managed to get the warden's number and called him directly. He was lovely, however, our room had been given to someone else. He managed to get us into a different room and despite the room felt like someone had just got up and out of it, it was dirty with dust everywhere and loads of hair all over the place (bed, pillows, bedside tables, table, desk, counter, etc), and the bed looked not made, but at least we had a room.
